No Peek Beef Casserole


This recipe came with the crock pot I received as a wedding gift when Jeremy and I got married. I love this tasty dish that only calls for a few ingredients. After slow cooking all day, the beef comes out so tender!


2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup red wine

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir thorougly. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
