Beer Bread

I stumbled across this recipe not too long ago, on Spoonful of Sugar's blog. With only 3 ingredients I knew I had to try it. It was a little on the sweet side so next time, I would probably add less sugar. So easy, though, and no rising time! Check it out here!

A very Happy Mother's Day to all moms out there. Especially to my mom and my mother-in-law. Mom, thanks for teaching me to always walk in compassion and love toward others. And Karen, thanks for showing me the importance of exercising hospitality with those around me. I hope I can also pass on these great qualities to my children!
