As promised, here is the recipe I came up with for an Azteca hot chocolate mix. I really, really love this spicy concoction.
3 cups powdered milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
1 1/2 T corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine everything in a blender and pulse until mixture is fine. Mix 5 tablespoons of mix with 1 cup boiling water and enjoy your spicy beverage!

Beautiful! I love the way you presented the gift, too. Bit of a stretch to get me to put chili powder in my cocoa, but I might have to try it some winter day!
