Random Ramblings in the Midst of Quiet Thoughts

1:15 AM

It seems it's one of those weeks where it feels like I have no eloquent words to share or fun projects that I've made.  A quiet week with a few thoughts budding, but none that are ready to share.  Instead I bring you today some images I see on our morning walks.  Something about this captures me every time.  I'm not sure what it is but I love it...

I'm in the middle of knitting Emma G's birthday gifts and today I'm spending the morning in the kitchen.  I'll be looking for inspiration along the way, but until then I'll continue to meditate on this Scripture which seems to be the one for me this week.

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.  And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.  James 1:2-4

Also, don't forget to enter my giveaway!  It was a long post on Tuesday so you might have missed it!  Go here to enter for a chance to win a copy of Fatal Convictions by Randy Singer as well as a signed book plate!

  1. I love those fuzzy stalks, too! They are probably some noxious weed, but I think they're a lot of fun. Great photos!
