my memories digital scrapbooking {giveaway}

I used to scrapbook a lot.  Before I really started blogging, it was definitely my creative outlet.  However, over the years of moving and seeing my belongings packed in storage more times than I would like to count, scrapbooking with physical supplies became too difficult.  I can't tell you how excited I was to try out My Memories digital scrapbooking software!

I knew right away what my first project would be...Emma G's birthday invitation.  (As you can see, I left out the personal details.)  I started designing it and had a background that I was quite pleased with.  Then she came in and said she didn't like it, so I asked her to pick one that she liked.  This brings me to my first positive.  It's extremely easy to use.  My almost 7 year old went through all the papers, inserting them as the background until she found one she was pleased with, the purple polka dots.  I brought the opacity down a little to lighten it up a bit, and I was pleased.

After we were both happy with the results, I was able to export it as a jpg so I can either print them or email them out.  Too easy!  There's so much stuff to personalize your page including papers, embellishments, fonts, and more.  I love that you can create square, portrait, or landscape pages.  There's lots of versatility in the My Memories Suite software!  Want to try it for yourself?  Well, I have a giveaway just for you!
