red velvet whoopie pies

There was a whole lot of Valentine's baking going on this week. I saw these red velvet whoopie pies last year but never made them. Aren't they the cutest? Let me tell you, though, those hearts are hard to make without the proper supplies. I made these for Emma G's class. I don't know how they liked them but I loved them. They're not super sweet but just the right amount of sweet. And super, super cute. :)
