the right view of royalty {giveaway}

12:15 AM

I wonder if there's a 7 year old girl out there who holds to the title of "Princess" stronger than my girl. It's quite comical at times.  Other times, I fear that she might need a dose of humbleness to keep things balanced.  Ahem...

my princess

As I watched the first episode from God Made Princesses in All Shapes and Sizes from the Gigi series, I knew it would be good for my little girl.  There was no doubt in the message, that a princess isn't defined by physical beauty but by her character inside.  That was one episode of many more that reinforces to our little girls what it looks like to be a true princess and how important it is to love people, not things.

And my 7 year old's reaction?  Well after watching several episodes, she proudly said what she was learning about God's view of what a true princess is and how special she is in His eyes.

Every episode in the Gigi series is based on Scriptures from the Bible.  This animated series is geared toward kids aged 4-7.  Each DVD has 4 full length episodes and bonus features with songs and drawing tutorials!

  5. I think girls I work with would love Gigi. So great that it teaches that it is not the outward appearance that is as important as the heart - a heart that loves God!

  6. Gig I teaches girls the true meaning of being a princess. Its not about things or ruling over others, being gods princess means being kind, thoughtful, and a servant to others. That's the most important thing I want my girls to learn
