I love watching my kids perform. Emma G recently played xylophone in the first grade production of Mortimer. There were two xylophone players but Emma G had to do it solo when the other girl didn't show up. She looked so nervous! Afterwards, she said, "I was freaking out!" She did an excellent job, and I couldn't have been more proud. Totally the star, if you ask me.
