in the studio :: studio jru week

12:00 AM

Welcome to In The Studio, a place to show off your studio and meet some great artists! It's the last Friday of the month which means we have a real treat. Studio JRU is with us today! Check out what she's been up to...

seriously... i can not believe how quickly these weeks are flying past! not really sure why this summer seems to be going so quickly? is it that way for you as well?

so... in my studio, i have been working on some custom orders. i loved this one.  she wanted to use this specific verse and she loved the image i had used on an older custom order. we thought it spoke of this 'road of life' we are on and how it can be wonderful if we let go of the lies that try to find their way into our life.

available in my shop as a print or available as a mounted print with custom order.

i am also excited about something new i have in mind. not ready to share details yet... needing to get some supplies together and give it a try to see how it turns out first. :) i will tell you my inspiration came from a visit to my grandma who shared with me something she made years ago! i will take some photos of my experiment to share once i get everything together!

i am really looking forward to visiting your 'studios' and seeing what kinds of wonderful, creative things you have all been up to!

Now it's your turn! Remember your "studio" can be anywhere. Let's celebrate each other's creativity by linking up and visiting as many as the other studios as you can. Check out the about post for more info and don't forget to grab the In The Studio button!
